Shelley Dolley

Prior to launching Leap7, Shelley spent four years as the personal assistant to best-selling business author Tom Peters. In his book, Re-imagine!, Tom referred to Shelley as his “Life Manager”. Her responsibilities included managing nearly every aspect of Tom’s personal and professional life. From client care for his 60+ per annum domestic and international speaking trips to travel logistics and overseeing his professional and personal calendars, Shelley was the nerve center for the Tom Peters experience.

Shelley’s background also includes a broad base of experience with three years of coordinating a Community Development Block Grant of more than a million dollars for a border city of Detroit, Michigan; teaching in a Montessori classroom; and managing events, classes and educational outreach for an arts center. Shelley received a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College.
